All 176 properties come from the agency's own data feed: real prices from €80k to €3.1M, real references, real sale and holiday-rental listings, and each home carries its own photo gallery. No stock photos, no filler.
The before, verified by hand
The previous vendor's site had a sitemap listing 70 properties that did not exist. We checked every one: all 70 were dead pages, and not a single real property was in the sitemap for Google to find. That audit is what this rebuild replaced.
Built clean, built fast
Bilingual EN/ES across the whole site, dependencies self-hosted rather than pulled from third-party CDNs, shipped static on a global edge network. The live build runs with zero console errors.
