Buyers search from Manchester and Rotterdam. Can Google find the property?

Most enquiries on a Costa Blanca agency site start with a search engine, not a homepage visit. If the listing isn't indexed, it doesn't matter how good the property is.

What a broken sitemap costs

We audited one agency's old site. Its sitemap listed 70 properties. Every one of them was a dead page.

Not a single one of the agency's real properties was in that sitemap. Google was being pointed at pages that didn't exist, while the actual inventory sat outside the index entirely. A buyer searching from abroad had no way to find it.

How the fix holds together

01

One real data source, not a manual copy

02

A dedicated page per property, with its own address

03

English and Spanish by default, not a bolt-on

04

Structured data, so listings are readable by search engines

Proof in production
