SEO · Site structure · Search visibility

Fast and beautiful is not the same as findable.

A site can look right and still be invisible to Google. What matters is what your sitemap and your pages are actually telling search engines, not how the homepage looks on launch day.

What actually makes a site findable

Three things most business owners never get shown.

01 · Sitemap

The map you hand Google

A sitemap tells search engines which addresses exist on your site. If it points at pages that were deleted or never built, that is where Google's attention goes instead of your real content.

02 · Real pages

One address per real thing

Every property, room or service needs its own page with its own content. A single page trying to represent everything gives Google, and buyers, nothing specific to find.

03 · Structured data

Data machines can read

Structured data marks up a page so search engines can tell what it actually is, a property, a price, an address, rather than guessing from the layout.

Proof in production

A sitemap that pointed at 70 pages that did not exist, and zero that did.

That was the starting point on a Costa Blanca real estate site. Its sitemap sent Google to 70 properties that had never existed, and not one of the agency's real listings was in it. We rebuilt the site around the agency's actual inventory: all 176 properties now have their own page, with their own structured data, in English and Spanish.

Selling real estate the way that agency does often means building the site around the same real inventory. See how we approach that on the real estate websites page.
